Visa Support Request:

If you need an invitation letter for visa purposes, please fill out the Visa Support Request Form after completing your conference registration. We will process your request and provide you with an official invitation letter to support your visa application.
Invitation Letter Fee:

Please note that there is an ADDITIONAL FEE of AUD 100 for the invitation letter service. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with providing personalized invitation letters and support for your visa application.
Processing Time:

Upon receiving your request and the associated fee, we will process your invitation letter within 5 business days. Please ensure you allow ample time for your visa application process, considering the processing times of the Australian embassies/consulates.
